Asteri Phantom

I have no idea if the kanji is right so if its not someone yell at me!
She's blind, I need to go in depth with how her powers work.

Their pretty laid back mostly. Usually sassy, a babbling mess when flustered. Oh but when she's with her brother their a force to be reckoned with Battle and attitude wise. Their pretty both kinda bubbly but Asteri just shows it less because she's afraid she'll look stupid.
